SUMMARY
It is common for people in organisations to be drawn from their day-to-day job to adopt the role of Project Manager. This is often to improve some business processes, implement new technology or perhaps adhere to new regulatory requirements. While those chosen to manage such projects are usually the ‘best placed person for the job’, without some project management skills, the likelihood of complete project success is greatly diminished.
This course will provide participants with an understanding of Project Management and will supply them with essential tools and techniques which they can use to initiate, organise and plan the execution and quality their project deliveries.
